  • Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies for tracking, does not collect personal data, and is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. Plausible analytics are only loaded after you consent via the cookie banner.
  • Email delivery. Messages submitted through our contact form may be delivered via third-party email infrastructure. These providers process data solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions. We retain information submitted through the contact form for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communications, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Server logs. Technical server log data is retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted.
  • Analytics data. Plausible Analytics retains aggregated, non-personal usage data indefinitely. No personally identifiable information is stored by the analytics service.

6. International Data Transfers

This website is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using this website, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

7. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
