Browser Compatibility

Voltasis is a web application that works in all modern browsers. Here are the supported browsers and minimum versions.

Supported browsers

• Google Chrome — Version 100 and later (recommended)
• Mozilla Firefox — Version 100 and later
• Apple Safari — Version 16 and later (macOS and iOS)
• Microsoft Edge — Version 100 and later

Not supported

• Internet Explorer (any version)
• Opera Mini
• Browsers with JavaScript disabled

Recommended settings

For the best experience:

• Enable JavaScript (required).
• Enable cookies (required for session management).
• Allow pop-ups from voltasis.com (for Stripe payments and OAuth flows).
• Use a screen resolution of 1280x720 or higher.

Mobile browsers

The Voltasis web app works in mobile browsers but is optimized for the native mobile app. For the best mobile experience, download the Voltasis app from the App Store or Google Play.

Troubleshooting display issues

If the app looks broken or features don't work:

1. Clear your browser cache and cookies for voltasis.com.
2. Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers) and try again.
3. Try an incognito/private window.
4. Update your browser to the latest version.

Tip: Chrome is the recommended browser for Voltasis. It receives the most testing and tends to have the best performance.
