Installing the Mobile App
Download and set up the Voltasis mobile app on iOS or Android to track time on the go.
The Voltasis mobile app lets you track time, manage entries, and stay updated from your phone or tablet. It's available for iOS and Android on all plans.
Download the app
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for "Voltasis."
- Tap Download / Install.
Sign in
- Open the Voltasis app.
- Enter your email and password, or tap Sign in with Google.
- If your organization uses MFA, complete the verification step.
Key mobile features
- Timer — Start and stop the timer with one tap.
- Quick entry — Create manual time entries from anywhere.
- Recent entries — View and edit recent time entries.
- Projects — Browse your projects and track time against them.
- Notifications — Receive push notifications for approvals, rejections, and reminders.
Push notifications
The app sends push notifications for:
- Time entry approvals and rejections
- Budget alerts
- Reminder to submit time (configurable)
- Team member approvals (for managers)
You can configure notification preferences in the app's Settings screen or from Settings > Notifications in the web app.
Offline support
The mobile app works offline for basic time tracking:
- Start and stop the timer without an internet connection.
- Create manual entries offline.
- Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
Tip: Enable push notifications to stay on top of approval requests and submission reminders.
