Uploading Receipts
Attach receipt images or PDFs to expenses for record-keeping and audit trails.
Attach receipts to expenses to maintain a complete record for your own books and for client billing documentation.
Upload a receipt
- Create a new expense or open an existing one.
- Click Upload Receipt (or drag and drop a file onto the receipt area).
- Select the file from your device.
- The receipt is uploaded and attached to the expense.
Supported formats
- Images: JPEG, PNG, HEIC
- Documents: PDF
Maximum file size: 10 MB per receipt.
View a receipt
Click the receipt thumbnail on any expense to view it full-size. You can also download the original file.
Replace or remove a receipt
- Open the expense.
- Click the X on the existing receipt to remove it.
- Upload a new receipt if needed.
Multiple receipts
Each expense supports one receipt attachment. If you have multiple receipts for a single expense, combine them into one PDF before uploading.
Tip: Upload receipts as you incur expenses. This makes month-end reconciliation and expense approval much faster.
