Uploading Receipts

Attach receipt images or PDFs to expenses for record-keeping and audit trails.

Attach receipts to expenses to maintain a complete record for your own books and for client billing documentation.

Upload a receipt

  1. Create a new expense or open an existing one.
  2. Click Upload Receipt (or drag and drop a file onto the receipt area).
  3. Select the file from your device.
  4. The receipt is uploaded and attached to the expense.

Supported formats

  • Images: JPEG, PNG, HEIC
  • Documents: PDF

Maximum file size: 10 MB per receipt.

View a receipt

Click the receipt thumbnail on any expense to view it full-size. You can also download the original file.

Replace or remove a receipt

  1. Open the expense.
  2. Click the X on the existing receipt to remove it.
  3. Upload a new receipt if needed.

Multiple receipts

Each expense supports one receipt attachment. If you have multiple receipts for a single expense, combine them into one PDF before uploading.

Tip: Upload receipts as you incur expenses. This makes month-end reconciliation and expense approval much faster.
