Multi-Currency Invoicing
ProCreate and send invoices in different currencies for international clients.
Multi-currency invoicing lets you bill clients in their preferred currency, even if it differs from your organization's default currency. This feature is available on the Pro plan.
Set a client's default currency
- Open the client record.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Set the currency (e.g., EUR, GBP, CAD).
- Click Save.
New invoices for this client automatically use their currency.
Create an invoice in a different currency
- Create a new invoice.
- Change the currency dropdown to the desired currency.
- Enter amounts in the selected currency.
- The invoice displays amounts, taxes, and totals in that currency.
Exchange rates
Voltasis displays amounts in the invoice currency. For reporting purposes, amounts are converted to your organization's default currency using the exchange rate on the invoice date.
Tip: Set the client's default currency in their billing details to avoid selecting it manually on every invoice.
Supported currencies
Voltasis supports all major world currencies. The currency code (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP) and symbol appear on invoices.
