Team Performance Page

The Team Performance page gives managers and admins a detailed view of team activity, utilization rates, and time distribution. It's available on the Pro plan.

Access the Team page

1. Go to Team in the sidebar.
2. The page shows an overview of all team members you manage (or the entire organization for Admins).

Key metrics

For each team member, you see:

• Hours this week/month — Total tracked time for the period.
• Utilization rate — Percentage of available capacity used (tracked hours / expected hours).
• Billable ratio — Percentage of tracked time that is billable vs. non-billable.
• Active projects — Number of projects they're currently working on.
• Last active — When they last tracked time.

Team-level summary

At the top of the page:

• Average utilization — Team-wide utilization rate.
• Total hours — Sum of all team hours for the period.
• Billable hours — Total billable hours across the team.
• Capacity — Total available hours based on team size and work week settings.

Filter by date range

Use the date range selector to compare performance across different periods. This helps identify trends in utilization and billable hours over time.

Drill down

Click on a team member's row to see their detailed breakdown:

• Daily hours for the period
• Project-by-project time allocation
• Recent time entries

Tip: Review team utilization weekly. Consistently low utilization may indicate under-allocation, while consistently high utilization may signal burnout risk.
