Creating Your Account and Organization
Sign up for Voltasis and set up your organization to start tracking time and managing projects.
Sign up for Voltasis
- Go to voltasis.com and click Get Started.
- Enter your email address and create a password, or sign up with Google OAuth.
- Verify your email address by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
- Enter your organization name. This appears on invoices, reports, and team invitations.
- Choose your plan — Free (for solo freelancers) or start a Pro trial (for teams).
Set up your organization
After signing up, you land on the setup wizard:
- Organization details — Enter your company name, address, and time zone. These are used for invoices and reports.
- Currency — Choose your default currency. This applies to all projects and invoices unless overridden.
- Work week — Set your standard work hours per day and days per week. This is used for capacity calculations and overtime tracking.
Tip: You can change all of these settings later from Settings > Organization.
