Inviting Team Members
ProInvite employees, contractors, and managers to your Voltasis organization on the Pro plan.

Inviting team members is available on the Pro plan. Each team member you add counts as one seat on your subscription.
Send invitations
- Go to Settings > Team Members.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the person's email address.
- Select their role: Employee, Contractor, or Manager.
- Optionally, assign them to specific projects.
- Click Send Invite.
The invitee receives an email with a link to create their account and join your organization.
Manage pending invitations
Pending invitations appear in the Invitations tab on the Team Members page. You can:
- Resend an invitation if it expired or wasn't received.
- Revoke an invitation to cancel it before it's accepted.
Understand roles
Each role has different permissions:
- Employee — Track time, submit for approval, view assigned projects.
- Contractor — Same as Employee, but tracked separately for billing and reporting.
- Manager — Everything an Employee can do, plus approve time entries and manage team members they oversee.
- Admin — Full access to all features, settings, and billing.

Seat billing
Each active team member counts as one seat. Seats are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan. When you add or remove members mid-cycle, charges are prorated automatically.
