Starting and Managing Your Trial

Voltasis offers a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan so you can try team features before committing. No credit card is required to start.

Start your trial

1. Sign up for a Voltasis account (or log in to your existing Free account).
2. Go to Settings > Billing.
3. Click Start Pro Trial.
4. Your organization immediately gets access to all Pro features.

The trial runs for 14 days from the moment you activate it.

During the trial

You have access to all Pro features:

• Invite unlimited team members
• Create unlimited projects
• Enable approval workflows
• Manage clients, expenses, and quotes
• Use the desktop app
• Access detailed team reports

All data you create during the trial is preserved — nothing is deleted when the trial ends.

When the trial ends

If you don't subscribe to the Pro plan before the trial expires:

• Your organization reverts to the Free plan.
• Team members beyond the first user are deactivated (they cannot log in, but their data is preserved).
• Projects beyond the first 3 are paused (visible but no new time entries).
• Approval workflows are disabled.
• Client management, quotes, and expense approval features are no longer accessible.

Tip: You won't lose any data. Subscribe to Pro at any time to restore access to everything.

Subscribe before the trial ends

1. Go to Settings > Billing.
2. Click Subscribe to Pro.
3. Enter your payment details.
4. Choose monthly or annual billing (annual saves 20%).
5. Your subscription starts immediately and the trial is replaced.
