Login and Authentication Issues

Troubleshoot common login problems including password reset, MFA issues, and account lockouts.

If you're having trouble logging into Voltasis, this article covers the most common issues and how to resolve them.

Reset your password

  1. Go to the Voltasis login page.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Check your email for a password reset link.
  5. Click the link and enter a new password.

If you don't receive the email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Verify you're using the email address associated with your Voltasis account.
  • Wait a few minutes — delivery can take up to 5 minutes.
  • Try requesting the reset again.

MFA issues

If you can't access your authenticator app:

  1. On the MFA verification screen, click Use recovery code.
  2. Enter one of your recovery codes.
  3. After logging in, go to Settings > Security to reset your MFA setup.

If you've lost both your authenticator and recovery codes, contact support@voltasis.com with verification of your identity.

Account locked

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked:

  • Wait 15 minutes and try again.
  • If the issue persists, reset your password.

Google OAuth not working

If "Sign in with Google" isn't working:

  1. Ensure you're using the correct Google account (the one linked to your Voltasis account).
  2. Clear your browser's cookies for Voltasis and Google.
  3. Try signing in using an incognito/private browser window.
  4. If you originally signed up with email/password, you need to use that method (Google OAuth must be linked separately).

Session expired

Voltasis sessions expire after a period of inactivity. If you're asked to log in frequently:

  • This is expected security behavior.
  • Enable "Remember me" on the login page for longer sessions on trusted devices.
